Registration is now open for general attendance of our workshop on New Forms of Data for Urban Mobility.
The meeting will be orientated mainly towards academics/researchers who are working with a variety of new forms of data (location, image, social media, transactions etc ) and the goal is to produce a position paper, co-authored by active contributors. The workshop will be stocktaking on very recent research, identifying research that needs to be done and also looking at new forms of modelling/analysis in this field. This will also be an opportunity to explore partnering for a possible future funding bid.
Confirmed speakers include representatives from ESRC and DfT alongside leading academics from the following universities: Exeter, Aberdeen, Warwick, UWE, Loughborough, UCL, Greenwich, Glasgow and Leeds.
The workshop is set to take place on Wednesday 26th June, 13:00 to 17:00, at the Alan Turing Institute in London. We have funding to help with travel and overnight accommodation if needed.
If you would like to attend, please register at: https://nedf_karma.eventbrite.co.uk by Friday 21st June.
