Hi all,
Apologies for being late to catch up with this (and for not being in the meeting yesterday as I'm at Nikhef most of this week).
From my side, the main thing from a security perspective is to keep anything TLP:AMBER out of the public minutes/websites - but we've been doing that in any case so hopefully that’s a case of keeping that up.
CodiMD is great, although I'd be a bit careful since it has some consequences for people with/without CERN accounts - Google Docs have the advantage of a very low barrier to entry, as others have already said.
Best wishes,
David

Thanks Linda and Dan,
I agree that the indico page should be the one-stop-shop for information at the end of the meeting, whatever external app used should be treated like you would treat a whiteboard in a normal face to face meeting - like someone's going to wipe all the information on it to play pictionary as soon as you've left the room.
codimd looks interesting and something we could consider, but for now the not-evil corporation's solution is what we should stick with for a ew meetings at least - for one thing it's tried and tested in this environment.
Cheers,
Matt
