I believe Indico should be the canonical source of minutes, slides and documents storage for meetings, format for documents should be PDF/ODF/plan text. If people must insist on using external applications during the meting they should copy all contents to the Indico web page at the end of the meeting. There is no guarantee that information stored in google docs will be accessible in the future.

O.K. I know that's a common view. I just thought I'd point out that there is a risk due to anyone at all being able to edit alongside the link being completely public.
