Hi All
I’m a PhD researcher in Swansea University, and I’m investigating the internal structures of museum specimens using x-ray microtomography. I'm very interested in the beak of the Brown Pelican (Pelecanus occidentalis) (I already have a Great White Pelican beak/skull). If you have a Brown Pelican beak/skull I could borrow for a short while, for non-destructive CT scanning, I would be extremely grateful. It would need to be just the head/beak as I am unable to fit a whole bird in the CT scanner.
Thanks for your help.
Best wishes
Nicola
