Dear colleagues,
Please accept our apologies for cross posting the following advertisement.
We are pleased to announce that the 2020 Gordon Research Seminar on Molecular and Ionic Clusters, to be held in conjunction with the associated Gordon Research Conference, will be taking place in Ventura, California, from January 25th-26th, 2020. This meeting, titled “Spectroscopic and Theoretical Interrogation of Cluster Structure and Dynamics”, will focus on spectroscopic and theoretical probes of the structure and the energy- and time-resolved dynamics of molecular and ionic clusters. We will also host a career panel for young scientists to interact with experts from a wide range of scientific professions.
Our preliminary program consists of a keynote address from Professor Robert Continetti (UCSD, USA) and a career panel including Dr. William Aumiller (Development Editor, ACS, USA), Dr. Larry Campbell (Research Scientist, SCIEX, Canada), Professor Robert Cave (Harvey Mudd, USA), and Dr. Madeline Elkins (Patent Agent, Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, USA).
Applications for this meeting must be submitted by December 29, 2019, and applicants who wish to be considered for an oral presentation should submit their application by October 25, 2019. Further information can be found at the following address: https://www.grc.org/molecular-and-ionic-clusters-grs-conference/2020/.
Sincerely,
Neville Coughlan and Alice Kunin, Chairs.
