Here at the LSE we recently completed our rollover to the 2019/20 academic year in the DCS.
A complication of the rollover was that for scanning requests which were sitting in the 'New Academic Requests' queue but which hadn't yet been processed, ‘Add Document’ was not showing as an option when we went in to process the request. We could still ‘Order from EHESS’ but weren't given the option of uploading a scan produced in-house.
I queried this with the CLA and Marte got back to me, helpful as ever, with the following advice to fix this problem:
"Regardless of whether a course has been selected already, go in and search for the course again and then click save. This will make the DCS select the 2019-20 version of the course. Currently last years' course is selected which is causing this problem"
I'm happy to say that this solved the problem for us. Just thought I'd post this in case any other users were having similar problems.
