Hi!
Be carefull with the analysis of fault patters in terms of stress. This may work only if no strain! Faults do indeed rotate during straining!

Dear Members,
I want to use fault slip data for paleostress analysis through Win-Tensor software. I have collected the pitch data in the field. I have conversed plunge values from pitch data. So could anyone please suggest me which data should I use "pitch or plunge"? Because when I am using pitch values, the stress pattern is changing.
I would be happy if you could let me know the above.
Thanks.
Rudra
