There is a beta MR+FIX training file I can send you off list. You aren't expected to generate your own training file for MR+FIX if you are using HCP-Style high spatial and temporal resolution data.

Dear Matt,
But to run the FIX pipeline, would I not need a .RData file with the weights to use for classification?
My question is specific to the training, so I was trying to generate this file using the normal specifications of FIX to then feed it into the IcaFixProcessingBatch instead of the HCP default file.
By the way, as a general update to the thread, adding --disableMigp did the trick. Sometimes there are some components that are visibly related to differences from one session to the other, which is clear from the timeseries. My thought was to just label these as noise.
Thank you,
Leonardo Tozzi
