We are getting an error trying to run a fixed effects higher level analysis to average 2 runs of an fMRI task (picture 1 and picture 2).
Error in log reads as follows:
/apps/fsl/5.0.10/fsl/bin/fslmaths /rds/general/project/hormone/live/GHADD/X041/2010172/func/picture/picture1/analysis_BBR_final.feat/reg/standard bg_image

This appears to be happening because the featregapply part of the higher level FFX analysis is not running for some reason i.e. it is not creating these files in the reg_standard directory at the 1st level:
example_func.nii.gz
mask.nii.gz
mean_func.nii.gz
My understanding ius that tehse are only created when run fixed effects analysis and not at end of 1st level analysis.
We can of course run a separate featregapply before running the FFX analysis but it has worked OK previously at 2nd level and works OK for another fMRI task when we combine runs.
Any ideas what might becausing this to fail?
Thanks
