Yes we have had this, once the meter had done 1000 tests it stops transmitting. Reported to Roche about 6 months ago and still waiting for them to solve the problem. We have since changed all our meters for WiFi ones so only one meter ever reached 1000 results. I am yet to see if it happens on any of our new meters. They gave me the impression it was just a problem with our meter!
