Hi FSL users,
I seem to be having some issues trying to run eddy. I have some two shell data (B1000 and B2000), with 64 volumes in each and 1 B0 volume before each set of b-weighted volumes. I've merged them into one file so it now contains 1B0 + 64B1000 + 1B0 + 64B2000), and therefore a total of 130 volumes. All these volumes were aquired A>>P.
I ran topup successfully without any problems using 1B0 A>>P and 1B0 P>>A.
The aquisition file (acqparams.txt) was simply a text file with the following:
0 -1 0 0.067
0 1 0 0.067
I made an index file with 130 1s. When I tried to run eddy using the GUI (with Ubuntu, through the Windows Subsystem), an error comes up:
Could not open matrix file acqparams.txt
EddyInputError: Error when attempting to read --acqp file
Terminating program
Does anybody know what might be happening? I'm not sure if there is something wrong with my acquisition file. It seems strange that topup worked successfully with the aquisition file but not eddy.
Thanks,
Grace
