I am having an issue displaying a 4D image in fsleyes. The image was generated by following the instructions in FSL's TBSS tutorial (https://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fslwiki/TBSS/UserGuide). The image is a number of 3D FA images for each subject in a study, combined in one image. Each volume should be the FA image for a single subject.
When I view this image in fslview or MNI Display, the volumes display correctly: each volume is a distinct FA image. When I view the image in fsleyes, each volume looks almost identical, except that a few slices in each volume are messed up (different slices in different volumes). When I ask fsleyes to open at a specific volume using the -v option, each of the specified volumes initially displays correctly. Only after switching between volumes in the fsleyes window does the slice-corruption/rendering issue occur.
I have view many other images in fsleyes (3D and 4D), without this issue. I have no idea why this image does not display correctly, and it seems to be an issue with fsleyes rather than the image itself.
Running FSLeyes 0.26.1 (fsl version 6), on MacOS 10.14.5.
