Dear Jesús,
you could prepare your own volume atlas by defining the respective csv-file that contains information about the labels in your nii-files (check the other atlases in CAT12 for getting an idea how to do that). Then, you have to add that atlas in the atlas list in cat_defaults.
In order to create surface atlases this is quite more challenging and not yet straightforward in CAT12 because you need an annotation file in Freesurfer format. We are working on a tool to ease that process, however this will take a while.
