Hello! Some UK authorities have had limited success in using stated preference techniques to understand behavioural responses - e.g. of sole traders and other businesses - to air quality management measures.
As an alternative method, Transport for Greater Manchester would like to understand what good practice examples exist that make use of a stated intentions approach or other alternative quantitative approaches that can deliver results relatively quickly.
Please can you help by highlighting any specific applications of stated intentions in this area - i.e. business responses to air quality or more widely charging measures - that you are aware of?
Thanks in advance - any quick fire responses by next Wednesday would be particularly welcome!
