Greetings to everyone.
When attempting to check sample homogeneity with CAT12, (I'm concerned about outliers in a study involving epileptic patients with different etiologies) I get the following error message:
"21-May-2019 16:59:15 - Failed 'Check sample homogeneity of 3D data'
Error using image
Incorrect number of arguments specified
In file "C:\spm12\toolbox\cat12\cat_stat_check_cov.m" (v1430), function "cat_stat_check_cov" at line 396.
The following modules did not run:
Failed: Check sample homogeneity of 3D data".
Display of the plot is unsuccessful, but the tool does seem to be able to determine mean correlations as it does provide a list of data to check:
"These data have a mean correlation below 2 standard deviations.
This does not necessarily mean that you have to exclude these data. However, these data have to be carefully checked:

While this is fine and I can proceed to inspect these more closely, I can't help but feel that the error message may be a symptom of an underlying issue with how I've specified the inputs to this module or a problem with my images and I'd like to resolve that before moving on.
Since getting this error, I've scaled down my ambitions - instead of feeding all filenames and corresponding xml files into matlabbatch, I've been attempting to use this module with sets of just 3 or 4 images chosen at random from my sample through the batch editor. I get the same error in all cases. From a basic inspection my segmented images look fine and I don't think this is an issue with orientation or size.
The only thing that really occurs to me is the possibility that the MATLAB function 'image' is different across different versions of MATLAB (using version 2012b) and this has lead to some complication with the syntax of cat_stat_check_cov but I have not been able to confirm this and the MathWorks page makes no mention of such a change.
Any help or insight would be deeply appreciated.
Regards.
