Hello everyone I am a Neuroradilogist, I was in the course in San Diego last year. I am currently working with a group of neurologists of Central America with patients with MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS . The NEDA 4 (No Evidence of Disease Activity) includes brain atrophy.
I have a couple of questions:
What would be your suggestion for the concept: TOTAL BRAIN VOLUME: GREY M + WHITE M+ vcsf or just use BRAIN: GREY M +WHITE M.
The MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS lesions are intra axial of course, but with atrophy the volume of the ventricles increases. Do you think we should include vcsf?
Can SIENA and SIENAX calculate cerebellum volume???? Is there another tool in FSL that can do it?
Best regards
