The award-winning ART-AI Festival will be held in Leicester between 16-31 May to explore the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in art through a programme of creative work including installations, performances and discussions taking place across the city at venues including Phoenix, Highcross, Haymarket and Leicester Library. http://art-ai.dmu.ac.uk/
Organised by Tracy Harwood from De Montfort University in collaboration with AI curator Luba Elliott, Chris Tyrer from Phoenix and Jo Tallack from Highcross Leicester, the festival includes AI art by internationally renowned artists Mario Klingemann, Sofia Crespo, Libby Heaney and Gene Kogan displayed at public venues.
