Dear FSL experts,
I have ran a dual regression analysis for 4 groups (A, B, C and D), in order to find the DMN (rs-fMRI), using the following steps:
individual preprocessing (and automatic Melodic)
individual denoising (FIX script)
group ICA (subjects temporally concatenated for each group. Just to see the particular spatial maps)
group ICA (ALL subjects temporally concatenated to use in the dual regression). I have found the IC17 to DMN.
GLM design: I want to compare two-to-two groups. So, I draw the GLM like a unpaired t-test.
groups A B C D
1 1 1 0 0 0
2 1 1 0 0 0
3 1 1 0 0 0
4 1 0 1 0 0
5 1 0 1 0 0
6 1 0 1 0 0
7 1 0 0 1 0
8 1 0 0 1 0
9 1 0 0 1 0
10 1 0 0 0 1
11 1 0 0 0 1
12 1 0 0 0 1
Contrasts:
A > B: 1 -1 0 0
A > C: 1 0 -1 0
B > D: 0 1 0 -1
6. Then, I saw in fsleyes the result for A >B:
fsleyes -std all_IC20.ica/melodic_IC_standard -un -cm red-yellow -nc blue-lightblue -dr 4 15 all_IC20.dr/dr_stage3_ic0017_tfce_corrp_tstat1.nii.gz -cm green -dr 0.95 1 &
Is it right, please?
Looking to the output of group ICA (for the groups separatelly), I found difference between A and B groups. But in the dual regression output, there was no difference between them. Is it possible?
Thank you so much!
Helka
