Dear FSL experts,
I am using McFlirt for motion correction of my fMRI data and in the FSL course I took, there was a great slide of motion parameter estimates of relative and absolute motion derived from McFlirt. Is it possible to output such as graph? I know I can get the parameter estimates from the outputed .par file, but I am unsure how I would use them to examine problematic motion. I am used to SPM where there is a graphical representation of motion, and I was wondering if FSL has the same thing? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Karen
