The School of Mathematics and Statistics at the University of Sheffield is seeking to appoint two Lecturers, with research interests in applied probability or financial statistics, to start on 1st September 2019 or soon thereafter. You will be an active researcher within any area of applied probability, or within financial statistics, and should be able to deliver high quality teaching at university level. You will be expected to develop expertise in teaching financial mathematics at undergraduate and masters level.
Contract Type: Open ended
Salary: Grade 8
£40,792 to £48,677 with potential to progress to £54,765 through sustained exceptional contribution.
