Hi Dan,
Thanks for that. We are not using ADFS. We've since been able to get it working with Professional Plus 2019 (PerpetualVL2019).
Cheers

Hi,
Are you de-federated from Azure AD? Or do you use ADFS still?
When we de-federated it broke Seamless sign on with office (MSI/non-365) but 365 edition worked fine. We logged this with MS who said that seamless/auto sign on with non-365 (2016) is not supported unless ADFS is in place (which seemed like a backwards step to us).
We assumed it had something to do with our managed win10 devices being hybrid joined to both on-premises AD and Azure AD - turns out we were just clutching at straws.
We've not tested the non-365 version of 2019 yet.
Cheers,
Dan

Hi all,
First off apologies if I've posted this in the wrong place. I wasn't sure whether to post here or in the O365 Managers list but thought I'd try my luck here first!
We have a O365 hybrid environment and are syncing user and machine accounts via AD Connect. For the most part everything is working great but one little thing I can't seem to get working is for the non-C2R version of Office (2016) to automatically sign users into OneDrive / Sharepoint. It works perfectly in the C2R version, just not sure where I'm going wrong or even if it's possible!
Users are able to sign in manually but ideally we need SSO to work. SSO for the Office app itself is working and correctly shows the user account details at the top right-hand corner of the screen and within the Account section however underneath this in the "Connected Services:" area OneDrive and Sites are not listed. SSO is also working sweet for the main OneDrive client.
Does anyone have this working? Any help would be much appreciated!
Kind regards,
Graham Riley
