Hi,
I am trying to process longitudinal MRI datasets from animals, using a VBM approach.
I have used the longitudinal registration routine to co-register the scans and produce the Jacobian determinant maps for each subject.
I am now trying to normalize these maps without DARTEL.
My questions are:
if I use Normalize (Write) and apply the deformation field obtained from the segmentation of the mid-point image, do I preserve grey mater concentrations or amount?
If it is the former, how can I preserve the amount?
Thanks for your help.
Best wishes,
