What version did you update to? Did you install via conda?
This should havd been taken care of for you, but on mac, in a conda
environment, FSLeyes neesd a package called "python.app"
conda install -c conda-forge python.app
If you then edit the fsleyes script, e.g.:
nano $(which fsleyes)
and change the hashbang line (the very first line) to use "pythonw"
instead of "python", FSLeyes should start working.
