Hi,
First find out the column numbers of _rlnCoordinateX and _rlnCoordinateY.
Suppose they are 3 and 4 (counting from 1).
Then use awk.
awk '/mrcs/ {$3 *= 1.5; $4 *= 1.5} {print}' run_data.star >
run_data_updated.star
