At Solent we are in the throes of a large project in reviewing the whole undergraduate curriculum in order to conform to the academic framework and the new curriculum framework.
I was wondering if other universities who have undergone this process , would be prepared to give an indication as to approach they took in implementation either
a) Incremental by working through the old curriculum and then introducing the new curriculum with new entrants adopting the new curriculum whilst working out the old curriculum with current students
b) Big Bang Approach with the new curriculum being implemented in subject areas or throughout the university including current students
And any pitfalls or advice of approach in undertaking such an activity across the university
