The new London Black cab is accessible (https://www.levc.com/corporate/accessibility/) and much more spacious than the old one according to my son.
The only electric WAV I have found is the Nissan eNC-200 Eny (https://www.brotherwood.com/wheelchair-accessible-vehicles/electric-wheelchair-accessible-vehicle-nissan-env-200/)
There isn't a drive from chair option that I am aware of.

Sort of on this topic
At our local Dial A Ride meeting the organisation is thinking of only buying electric minibuses in the future but there is hardly any choice, they cost much more than diesel and no second hand ones are available yet.
Car/vans that meet our taxi requirements in Cambridge have no wheelchair versions that are electric.
At NAIDEX I asked several car conversion companies, no WAV vehicle converters have wheelchair accessible electric vehicles on the drawing boards, let alone to buy.
I know some wheelchair users can use standard models cars, but I have concerns that unless cities make exemptions for blue badged converted vehicles then some disabled people will lose access to city centres and to taxis and minibuses.
The main problem is that to fix ramps and get internal headspace floors are lowered, but in electric vehicles batteries are often under the floor.
Does anyone know of wheelchair accessible electric cars/taxis/minibuses
