Predefined POCT Barcode for use, that is scanned. The operator ID that is generated is unique to that individual via the DMS.

We generate a number - my ideal solution would be the ID badge has the Personnel number in a barcoded format on it so we could activate that. When I suggested this to our Trust it was rejected

Subject: Password sharing of barcoded operator ID
Hi Collective brain,
I wondered what format or systems used for creating barcode numbers for the operator ID to discourage password sharing on POCT devices. I have heard of things like the person's payroll number is used in one Trust - If so I would like to hear from you also. Many thanks!
Kind regards,
Darren Browne
