Learning Project Volunteer
The Linnean Society, London
Closing Date: April 1
The Linnean Society is the world's oldest active biological society, whose unique botanical, zoological and library collections are of historic significance. BioMedia Meltdown is Linnean Learning's flagship art/science integration programme for young people across the capital. We are in the development phase of a new series of workshops for schools and community groups in 2019, and are in need of volunteers to assist the BioMedia Project Manager in delivering workshops and events in the coming year. Sessions take place all over London;volunteers will need to undergo an enhanced DBS check and will be reimbursed for travel. This is an opportunity for anyone looking to develop skills in science communication, art education and integrated curriculum delivery for KS 2-3.
Please send a CV and brief statement of interest to Daryl Stenvoll-Wells, BioMedia Project Manager, at <[log in to unmask]>.
