Hi FSL experts!
I'm using the bet -m command on some eddy-corrected images and it's leaving a lot of excess tissue. I ran the same bet command on the same data about 6 months ago with a much cleaner bet extraction - does anyone have any advice about why I'm now getting this less clean extraction?
