Hi Paul!
I did some glm analyses on a dataset and I obtained activation tables with p peaks for each cluster. I have the DVs and I would like to find a correlation of these DVs with the peaks.
I tried to do a mean of the DVs and then did a Pearson correlation with MATLAB, but I ended up with NaNs. So, I concluded that this approach wasn't correct. What do you suggest?
The DVs are like this:
