Hi Duncan,
Thanks for continuing to work on this for us. However, it seems that my problems are getting bigger.
I have tried to scrub my previous versions of R (according the the cran.r-project.org manual, even using pkgutil to forget certain files), and I have turned off my anaconda.
I then started following your instructions using the fslpython conda (prepended with sudo). I get a message saying that all the packages have already been installed. The only evidence I can find is that there is an r-base_3.4.3 in the pkgs directory of fslpython, but that is about it.
So I go into that r-base directory/bin, and type ./R just to see what happens.
I get an error message:
./R: line 238: /opt/anaconda1anaconda2anaconda3/lib/R/etc/ldpaths: No such file or directory
Hmmm. Any ideas there? Apologies for these remote questions. Wanting to test ICA_AROMA and FIX has me working with both conda and R for the first time.
Cheers,
Conrad
