Hi All,
I am working to put together a streamlined QC protocol document using FSLeyes to detect false positives/negatives in lesion segmentation. As this can be quite time consuming, I am trying to encourage users of the protocol to utilize as many shortcuts as posible (e.g ctrl-f hides the overlay, ctrl-scroll zooms, and ctrl-b fills selection). Some of these commands (i.e ctrl-f) require awkward hand/wrist movements, and I would like to avoid the risk of RSI to users.
Is it possible to configure the keybindings in FSLeyes? I couldn't find any settings/preferences section alluding to this. The closest thing I could find to this is an issue on the fslpy git repo from 3 years ago (https://git.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fsleyes/fsleyes/issues/40). I can't seem to create an account to comment there, so I thought I might post here to see if any progress has been made on this?
Kind Regards,
Forrest
