Hi,
I wonder whether anyone can help me. I am trying to locate a decision made either by European Court of Human Rights or the European Court of Justice that had the outcome of either the electronic processing of personal data without sufficient audit trails being incompatible with article 8 human rights or not having such an audit trail in relation to processing being contrary to the old seventh data protection principle.
I vaguely recall reading it but searching has not turned anything up and I am beginning to doubt my memory. Can anyone point me in the right direction.
Thanks
Bill
