Hello,
In a multibody refinement I have body1, which achieves very high resolution, and a highly flexible body2 which does not.
Body2 becomes "fixed" after only 6 iterations with an angular accuracy of 4.5 degrees (and consequently low resolution of ~30A).
But if the same particles are put through a refinement after signal subtraction of body 1 (not a multi-body refinement), they reach an angular accuracy of 2.3 degrees (and better resolution of ~15A).
Is there a way to stop the multibody program from fixing body2 so quickly, and instead perform more iterations at the coarse autosampling step for longer so as to improve body2?
Thanks,
Michael.
