Here’s your reminder that next week we have a PG medieval research seminar! Our speaker will be Sian Webb, and she’ll be giving a paper on ‘Having drunk and pledged the warriors do as I bid': Gender and Authority in Anglo-Saxon Northumbria. It's going to be a great session!
As usual, we start at 4.30 in Humanities A27 with tea and coffee until 5, when the seminar will start. Don’t worry if you can only make part of it – it’ll still be lovely to have you there! If you’ve not been before and you’re not sure what to expect then please do drop in. It's a very friendly seminar and everyone is welcome.
