Dear members of the Museums Computer Group,
I am researching the usability of SPARQL, via a study which looks at the key SPARQL concepts and constructs. In particular, the study is investigating the relative ease / difficulty of various SPARQL constructs. I am looking for volunteers to take part in a 30 to 60 minute study session. In principle no prior knowledge of SPARQL is required, although a basic understanding would be helpful.
The study makes use of software on my computer, and therefore needs my presence. I am a Vising Research Fellow at the Open University in Milton Keynes. Hence, I am looking for volunteers in the south-east of England, e.g. London. Practically, I am looking for groups of three or four people whom I can visit at one location. I am hoping to undertake the study over the next couple of months.
If there are members of this group in and around the London area who can help, I would appreciate them getting in touch. This kind of research can only be done with the help of study participants, so I am really appreciative of volunteers.
All results will be anonymised before publication, and the study has been approved by the Open University’s Ethics Committee.
