Hi all,
How do you evaluate which resolution limits to use during Bayesian polish. Are there any good general rule of thumb? In the old particle polish, individual Guinier Plots were printed for each movie frame, which I think was very useful.
Here is an example of a strange result that I got when using the default settings (min = 20, max = -1), with a spike in the last frame.
