Note the new venue: St Pancras Old Church, Wollstonecraft’s original resting place. This beautiful location is a short walk from King's Cross station, and immediately behind St Pancras station.
We've got a great line-up of speakers, news of exciting initiatives including The Wollstonecraft Society, a new educational trust, The Mary Wollstonecraft Philosophical Society, and the Mary Wollstonecraft Fellowship, a literary society. There will be performances by Wollstonecraft Live and Further From the Edge and artwork by Louisa Albani and Stewy, as well as a book stall run by P & G Wells, an independent bookshop founded in the eighteenth century.
Activists, enthusiasts, students and scholars - all welcome.
The event is held in association with the Institute of English Studies, School of Advanced Studies, London, with the support of the University of Southampton and the Mary on the Green Campaign.
