Hi Renae,
We are also starting to look at off-site storage for journals and books. The companies I've contacted include Restore/NCS see https://www.restore.co.uk/Records/Services/Heritage-Storage (which lots of art libraries in London seem to use) and Crown Records management, see https://www.crownrms.com/intl/en-gb/rms_sectorpage/university-of-london. I'm sure there are other UK companies too. We were also interested to find out if anyone was part of a collaborative storage scheme.
Hope this helps.
Kind regards
Eleanor

Subject: Off-site storage query
Dear all,
I am in the unenviable position of having to justify our current storage space. I have been asked to source companies that provide off-site storage for books, for which we could provide a fetching service. A quick online search reveals a lot of information for US facilities, but nothing in the UK. Does anyone have any experience with this, or know where I could begin to look?
Kind regards, Renae
