To add to Martin's comments, we initially had a bit of a problem with people
thinking that they were making firm bookings when the form says it's a
booking request. Since then we've updated the form so that it clearly says
'booking request' everywhere, and a message pings back to the requestor
saying that a member of staff will be in touch to confirm, but for now
please consider this a request. That's solved *almost* all the issues
(there's always the odd person who gets the wrong end of the stick, but
that's humans for you).
If you'd like to test it out, please do using the links below - just make it
clear in your request it's a test booking. I've warned our education team
that there might be some pretend bookings coming through :-)
