2 New Year updates from UX in Libraries...
Firstly, we opened our 2019 Conference Call for Papers just before Christmas and we are very keen to receive submissions. Visit the UXLibsV page on the website for all the details. The deadline for proposals is Friday 8 February. Please do consider sharing your UX insights and endeavours with this year's conference attendees. http://uxlib.org/uxlibs5/
Secondly, we published our second annual yearbook (subtitled: inclusivity, diversity and belonging) in mid-December. This contains write-ups of most of the 2018 conference including our tremendous keynotes and plenaries, and our inspiring workshops and delegate papers. You can buy it from Amazon and other major online retailers. In order to cover labour costs we ask that you support us by requesting a copy for your library. Hell, buy two! Take a look at the contents page here: http://uxlib.org/uxlibs-the-books/
There will be more information about the line-up in the coming weeks as we head towards opening bookings for this year's 5th annual conference in London (Theme: 'From Research to Design') on Tuesday 29 January.
Happy New Year!
