Dear experts,
I have a large number of subjects, who all performed the same GoNoGo task, with the same event onsets. I would like to analyse this dataset using MELODIC. From what I understand from your guide, in this situation I can use Tensor ICA and run a group analysis across all my subjects. From the components that are identified I would like to pick those who have a relationship with my task design. Then, I would perform double regression on these components. Does this procedure make sense?
To run MELODIC, I generated a design matrix and some contrasts, based on the task onset times convolved with a canonical HRF. Then I made the following MELODIC call:
melodic -i GNGfMRIlist.txt -o GNG_allsubs_MELODIC --Oall -a tica -v --Tdes=FirstLevelDesign/GoNoGo_design.mat --Tcon=FirstLevelDesign/GoNoGo_design.con
However, after running MELODIC (which produces no errors), I don't see the output related to how the components fit my task design, nor the html report that I understand should be produced. Also, I would be very grateful if someone could point me to somewhere where I can find an explaination of all the output files of MELODIC. Is it possible that the output I am looking for could be one of these files?
Also, I am running FSL 5.0.11, could this be a version problem?
Thank you very much for your help.
Yours faithfully,
Leonardo Tozzi
