I am attaching the screenshot of the FAST GUI.
After FAST, pve_0, pve_1,pve_2.nii.gz files were created and others as
well. I separately calculated the vol in mm3 using fslstats by taking
mean and multiplying with the vol using the command you had mentioned
in hyperlink.Do let me know if anything else is required.
