Hello FSL experts,
I am using fslmerge to prepare --imain for topup. We use an A>P b0 and a double echo T2 with a low readout time as input versus multiple b0s. For some older data however, the b0 and the T2 have different dimensions (sometimes quite large). For example, our DTI data is 256x256x60 and the T2 is 256x256x200.
We would like to still be able to use these data for topup if possible, and we are wondering what the implications may be of resampling the T2 by such a large factor to match the b0. This also drastically changes the resolution and we are worried that that approach may introduce other problems in analysis. Alternatively, we are certainly open to other suggestions for ways to deal with this issue.
As always, any guidance is much appreciated, thank you.
Josh
