Hi Martin,
thanks for the changes.
Somehow, I am now getting:
This program needs access to the screen. Please run with a
Framework build of python, and only when you are logged in
on the main display of your Mac.
What is the best way to tackle this?
Thanks again,
cheers-
Andreas

Hi Amnah,
Just to let you know an updated oxford_asl package has now been released at:
https://github.com/ibme-qubic/oxford_asl/releases/tag/v4.0.2
This should clarify the units required for this parameter and allow it to be specified to an appropriate precision - in your case you should specify 0.95ms rather than 0.00095s.
Let me know if you have any troubles with the new package,
Martin

Hi Amnah,
Yes you're right - I didn't realize there was a limit to the smallest value that could be specified.
I've just made a change which increases the precision of this control, and also specifies it in ms rather than seconds for the GUI which I think is probably clearer. The CL tool will continue to use seconds for compatibility.
I'll build a new package for this fix and let you know when it's available.
Martin

Hi Martin,
Has the issue of echo spacing been fixed in oxford_gui as well? It solved the problem in command line, but the smallest value I can enter in the gui for 'effective EPI echo spacing' is 0.01 and if I use the 0.06 as mentioned in the primer example, the following output is generated:
For TOPUP using total read-out time of ( 64 - 1) x 0.06000 s = 3.78000 s
Thanks,
Amnah
