This conference welcomes proposals from delegates for presentations in parallel sessions. Abstracts are invited from the practice, policy, research and academic communities in relation to the conference themes, which are as follows:

Demography – fertility, migration, aging and intergenerational families
*
Austerity, poverty and social exclusion
*
Diversity – Migration, post-divorce and separation families
*
Supporting Families with particular needs and adversities – disability, mental health, homelessness, addiction
*
Technology in the context of Families
*
Family in Social Policy
*
Rights, citizenship, partnership and co-production
All submissions must reflect the overarching aim of the conference and focus on the changing nature and meaning of family and its implications for policy and practice. Expanding on past years’ parallel sessions, we are seeking a variety of presentation formats this year, to include paper presentations, Pecha-Kucha presentations, posters and interactive workshops.
Abstracts will undergo a peer-reviewed process with successful applicants notified by March 20, 2019.
