The Landscape and Architecture of Post-War British Infrastructure

The MSA is proud to announce their hosting of the conference, The Landscape and Architecture of Post-War British Infrastructure. The conference is supported by the Paul Mellon Centre for Studies in British Art and in collaboration with The Modernist Society.
The day long conference will be preceded by keynote presentations on Thursday 14th February by Elain Harwood (Historic England) and Hal Moggridge (Colvin & Moggridge) that will contextualise and reflect upon the role of the designer in infrastructural projects in the post-war period.
Within the conference itself, over four sessions, the themes of Power, Roads, Urban and Transnational Infrastructure will be disclosed and discussed by a distinguished group of scholars and chairs.
