We would like to bring your attention to the call for papers for a special
issue on "*EU Migration & Security politics: African receptions,
perceptions and tactics*” in the bilingual journal *Anthropologie et
développement / Anthropology of Development.*

Abstracts of no more than 4000 characters (including spaces) or 500 words
are requested by *15th February 2019* and should be addressed to the
coordinators of the special issue and to the journal editorial board:

Abstracts can be written in English or French and must include:
- A title
- A résumé detailing the research question, theoretical framework,
fieldwork undertaken and primary results
- An indicative bibliography (not included in the word count)
- The author(s)’ names, status(es), institutional affiliation(s) and
email address(es).
The predicted timeframe for publication is as follows:
March 1, 2019: Authors selected by the editors and the editorial committee
will be notified;
April 10, 2019: Submission of first drafts, respecting the journal's
guidelines for authors

June 1, 2019: Feedback from the peer review evaluation process - each
anonymous article will be submitted to a double-blind peer review by two
external reviewers who are experts on the topic;
