Dear xinyuan ,
these files should be saved after a successful surface estimation (see
also page 50 in the CAT12 manual):
lh.central.name.gii
lh.sphere.name.gii
lh.sphere.reg.name.gii
lh.thickness.name
and of course the same for the right hemisphere.
