Dear JW Zhang,
at the moment we don’t provide any training dataset with BIANCA because currently the tool gives better performance (when compared with the manual masks) if trained on the specific type of lesions, population, modalities of the studies it is applied to.
In my experience, the amount, type and location of lesions is very variable across studies, therefore it is worth retraining and get the best performance for your own study.
However, we are working towards generating some training datasets to be available in the future, which could be used for a wider range of studies.
Best wishes,
Ludovica
